I put these intakes on every build. They make the best power, vibrate slightly helping shed snow and just work. Great customer service.
Every snowbike build I've done = a snapped front fender within the first few rides, trees always win. Then I tried an Air Force, no more broken fenders to replace and when lifting the front of the bike or rummaging around the bike in the trailer, the stubby is not in the way. Plus it's incredibly strong and personally I think it looks way better on a Snowbike. And it houses the light perfectly and keeps the handlebar area less cluttered. It's just awesome.
It fits perfect, the design sheds off the snow, easy install & it performs! I honestly don't see how it could be any better.
Works as advertised. Notice a difference from low rpm’s onwards. Third gear gets used alot more now.

I sent out my Vortex ECU for a custom tune to fuel a newly installed 490 big bore build including all the supporting mods. I was impressed with the competence of the crew at Air Force making it happen on a short timeline despite shipping hurdles. The tuning is spot on, from idle to 10,000rpm it’s smooth and correct.
