Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. Rolling Miles Inc. operating as Airforce Velocity Stacks reserves the right to refuse and package returned to us without authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or reject of your refund.

If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days after approval. NOTE: Your card issuer's policies may delay the refund.

SHIPPING

The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
